Panzer EVO Insert Series 29" for Enduro & Downhill

The Panzer insert was originally designed for hard riding to provide the best possible rim protection in the event of a flat tire. The new Panzer EVO takes protection to a new level. The new design of the Panzer EVO insert, a significant increase in the structural strength of the insert, and the included 125ml sealant bottle make the Panzer insert the most competitive rim protector in the market.

The new GEN3L coating developed for the surface of the Panzer EVO insert extends the lifespan of the insert and prevents the sealant from being absorbed into the insert. The new material effectively absorbs impact energy, and the internal laminate structure of the insert significantly strengthens its durability. The ability of the Panzer EVO insert to resist deformation and stretching has been increased by up to 200%.

The new EVO design brings a 15% weight reduction and a 20% volume reduction inside the tire. The impact-receiving surface area has been increased, and the fit against the rim has been maximized. Thanks to increased air volume, there's more leeway in the tire's inflation level.
