Panzer EVO Insert Series 27.5" Enduro & Downhill

The Panzer insert was originally designed for tough riding to provide the best possible rim protection in the event of a tire puncture. The new Panzer EVO takes protection to a new level. The Panzer EVO insert's new design, significant increase in structural strength, and the included 125ml sealant bottle make the Panzer insert one of the most competitive rim protections on the market.

The new GEN3L coating developed for the Panzer EVO insert surface extends the insert's lifespan and prevents the sealant from being absorbed into the insert. The new material effectively absorbs impact energy, and the internal laminate structure of the insert significantly enhances its strength. The Panzer EVO insert's ability to resist deformation and stretching has been increased by up to 200%.

The new EVO design offers a 15% weight savings and a 20% volume saving inside the tire. The impact-receiving surface area has been increased and the fit against the rim optimized. The increased air volume allows for more leeway in tire inflation levels.
