The elastic and chain-adhering composition of Rex Domestique chain oil keeps your chain effectively lubricated even on the longest rides. Rex's staying power on the chain has been tested in motorcycle racing at speeds up to 300 km/h, with great results.

You can notice the unique composition when applying Rex chain oil; the formation of thin threads as the chain separates from the derailleur pulley is normal. Once Domestique penetrates the chain, it stays there.

Rex chain oil has been tested year-round for over two years in all possible usage scenarios, both off-road and on the road. Domestique chain oil combines the staying power of thicker oils with the dirt-repellent nature of thinner oils.

In dry summer conditions, a single application keeps the drivetrain quiet and efficient for up to 500km. Typically, only a wipe with dry paper or cloth is needed before reapplication, as dirt-repellent components prevent grime from penetrating the chain. The best lubrication performance is achieved after 3–4 applications when Rex completely replaces previous lubricants.

SOLVENT-FREE, NON-EVAPORATING, UNDILUTED

Most available chain oils contain volatile solvents or even water. While this is a good way to reduce manufacturing costs, at Rex we thought differently. Every drop of Rex is 100% lubricant; everything you put on the chain stays there and doesn't evaporate into the air. As a result, a small, easily portable bottle provides approximately thirty applications!
