Warranty Information

All products purchased from eBikeparts.fi come with a manufacturer-granted warranty, which varies depending on the manufacturer. The warranty typically covers defects in material and workmanship but does not cover damage caused by misuse or neglect of the product.

eBikeparts.fi handles warranty issues, but the final decision on warranty coverage is made by the product's manufacturer. We only process warranty matters for products purchased from eBikeparts.fi. The best way to start the warranty process is by contacting us via email at myynti@ebikeparts.fi

Tuning Box Warranty

E-bike tuning boxes come with manufacturer warranties, and the warranty period varies by manufacturer. For tuning box warranty issues, please contact us first either by email or phone.

We test the boxes before sending them to the manufacturer. If the box is found to be functional and returned to the customer, we charge for the costs incurred for testing, returning, and resending the product. Testing costs €20, return shipping costs €10, and resending costs €6.90 (from Finland). 

Note! The warranties are valid only for the original owner of the box!

SpeedBox

SpeedBox has granted a lifetime warranty for all its products.

The lifetime warranty is valid under the following conditions:

  • Only applies to SpeedBox's own products.
  • Only applies to the first owner of the SpeedBox.
  • Only for customers who have purchased their products from our official online store and present a valid proof of purchase (receipt or packing list).
  • The warranty covers manufacturing and operational defects of SpeedBox products but does not cover mechanical damage resulting from misuse or incorrect installation.
  • The warranty does not cover defects in SpeedBox products caused by software updates to the e-bikes to which SpeedBox products are connected.
SpeedFun

SpeedFun has granted a one-year warranty for all its products. The warranty is valid under the following conditions:

  • Only applies to SpeedFun's own products
  • Only applies to the first owner of the SpeedFun
  • Only for customers who have purchased their products from our online store and present a valid proof of purchase (receipt or packing list).
  • The warranty covers manufacturing and operational defects of SpeedFun products but does not cover mechanical damage resulting from misuse or incorrect installation.
  • The warranty does not cover defects in SpeedFun products caused by software updates to the e-bikes to which SpeedFun products are connected.
PearTune

PearTune has granted a two-year warranty for all its products. The warranty is valid under the following conditions:

  • Only applies to PearTune's own products
  • Only applies to the first owner of the PearTune
  • Only for customers who have purchased their products from our online store and present a valid proof of purchase (receipt or packing list).
  • The warranty covers manufacturing and operational defects of PearTune products but does not cover mechanical damage resulting from misuse or incorrect installation.
  • The warranty does not cover defects in PearTune products caused by software updates to the e-bikes to which PearTune products are connected.

 

The processing time for warranty boxes is approximately 30–60 days from the date we receive the box.
