Terms and Conditions

1. General
  • These terms and conditions apply to orders made through the online store by JH Corporations Oy / eBikeparts.fi, business ID: 3087501-9, and its customers.
  • By ordering products from our online store, you accept these terms and conditions.
  • JH Corporations Oy / eBikeparts.fi reserves the right to change these terms without prior notice. The terms in effect at the time of order will apply to the respective order.
  • These delivery terms are valid from October 1, 2024.
2. Customer Responsibilities
  • The customer is responsible for the correctness of the information provided and for being of legal age and capable of entering into binding orders.
3. Products and Prices
  • The prices quoted on the online store include value-added tax (VAT), unless otherwise stated.
  • We reserve the right to change prices and delivery fees without prior notice. The price stated at the time of order is valid until the order is processed.
4. Ordering
  • Orders are made through the online store by adding products to the shopping cart and completing payment via the chosen payment method.
  • When ordering from our online store, you are expected to familiarize yourself with and commit to the current delivery and terms and conditions.
  • An order confirmation will be sent via email, providing details of the order. This confirmation is not a binding contract, but an acknowledgment of receipt.
  • A binding contract is formed when we send a separate delivery confirmation or dispatch the products.
5. Payment and Payment Methods
  • Available payment methods include: online banking, mobile payments, credit cards, Klarna, PayPal, OP invoice, OP Account Credit, Walley
  • Payments need to be made at the time of ordering, unless otherwise agreed upon.
  • Any additional fees related to payment methods will be indicated at the time of order.
6. Delivery Methods and Conditions
  • Products are delivered using the courier company chosen by the customer. Options include Posti, Postnord, DHL, GLS, Matkahuolto. Products can also be picked up from our warehouse in Seinäjoki.
  • Packages are directed to the pick-up point specified by the customer whenever possible. Please note, however, that not all of our products, such as wheels, fit into parcel machines. Such packages are always sent to a service point.
  • eBikeparts is not responsible for redirecting packages. Customers should contact the customer service of the chosen courier company directly if the package is directed to the wrong location.
  • Delivery costs and estimated delivery times are provided at the time of order. We strive to deliver orders as soon as possible but are not liable for delays caused by factors beyond our control.
  • The usual delivery times within the EU area are 2-5 business days, depending on the order and delivery method.
  • It is the customer’s responsibility to check the condition of the delivery upon receipt and promptly report any damages or shortages.
7. Product Pickup
  • Products can be picked up from our warehouse in Seinäjoki. We recommend placing the order in advance through our online store.
  • We will notify you when the order is ready for pickup.
  • Products are only available for pickup by prior arrangement.
8. Return Policy and Cancellation Terms
  • The customer has the right to cancel the order within 14 days of receiving the product, provided that the product is unused and in its original condition.
  • The returner must, if necessary, provide proof that the item was returned within the specified period, for example with a return receipt. The return receipt should be kept until we have processed the return.
  • The cost of returning the item is the customer's responsibility unless the product is defective or faulty.
  • The customer must return the product according to the instructions provided separately.
  • Original shipping costs are not refunded to the customer. The deduction of original shipping costs covers part of the expenses incurred from the return. For partial returns of an order, a fee of €6.90 will be charged, covering the costs incurred from the return.

  • We will promptly refund the payment made for the order according to consumer protection laws using the payment method used in the order.
  • These return terms are valid in Finland.
9. Unclaimed Shipment
  • Shipments are held for 7 days at the pickup point by Posti, after which they are returned to the sender.
  • Not picking up a shipment is not the same as canceling the order.
  • The customer is responsible for both the shipping costs and the actual costs of the returned shipment.
  • When an unclaimed shipment returns to us, we will contact the email address on the order once regarding the issue.
  • If the customer does not respond to the email or decides not to have the order resent, we will deduct the original shipping costs and the costs of the returned shipment totaling €18.90 (postage to the pickup point €6.90 + return shipment to us €12) before issuing the refund.
  • When the unclaimed shipment returns to us, we charge the customer the return fee charged by Posti and the costs incurred from the return and reshipping (total: €22.50).
10. Complaints and Warranty
  • Products come with a statutory liability for defects under consumer protection law. If a defect is found in a product, the customer can make a complaint by contacting customer service. We ask customers to contact our customer service via email at myynti@ebikeparts.fi for all product-related complaints. The complaint should include the order number, the product being complained about, and the defect. Please also attach any images of the defect to the complaint.
  • Some products may have a separate manufacturer's warranty, which is indicated on the product page.
  • eBikeparts processes complaints within 14 days of receiving a complaint under these terms, excluding tuning boxes.
  • If the product manufacturer handles the product complaint, eBikeparts cannot guarantee a 14-day processing time.
  • eBikeparts will cover all transportation costs related to approved complaints.
11. Handling of Personal Data
  • Personal data is processed in accordance with the data protection law and our privacy statement. You can find more information about the processing of personal data in our privacy policy.
12. Applicable Law and Dispute Resolution
  • These terms and conditions are governed by Finnish law.
  • Disputes will primarily be resolved through negotiation. If no resolution is reached, the customer may refer the matter to the Consumer Disputes Board or file a lawsuit in the district court of their place of residence.
