Return Policy
  • Products purchased from eBikeparts.fi have a 14-day return policy from the date of receipt.
  • The return policy only applies to unused and resalable products with all original parts and documents intact.
  • The original packaging must also be intact and in saleable condition.
  • Please note that electrical parts and touch-up paints are not eligible for return or exchange.
Return Process

To initiate a return, follow these steps:

1. Notify us of the return:

Send an email to myynti@ebikeparts.fi and include the following information:

  • Order number
  • Items to be returned
  • Reason for return
  • Your contact details (name, phone number, email address)

Alternatively, you can reply to your order confirmation email.

2. Fill out the return form:

  • After notifying us of the return, you will receive a printable return form via email, which must be completed and enclosed with the returned product.

3. Pack the product carefully:

  • Return the product in its original packaging with all included parts and documentation. Ensure there are no labels or other markings on the original packaging. Place the original packaging in another box to protect the product during transport.

4. Return via Posti:

  • Use the Posti return code 654002 for returns. Take the package to a Posti service point and inform them that it is a customer return.
Refunds
  • The return processing and refund will be done as soon as possible, but no later than 14 days after receiving the return.
  • We will refund the money using the payment method used in the order.
  • Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the product is defective or damaged. The original shipping costs of 6,90€ will not be refunded. The retention of original shipping costs covers the costs incurred from the return. For partial returns, a fee of 6,90€ is charged to cover return costs.
