SpeedFun Furious EVO for Shimano

The purpose of the Furious EVO is to manipulate the rear wheel's rotational speed and always report a speed of under 25 km/h to the motor. This enables a genuinely high speed with an active motor. The maximum speed is determined by the combined effect of the motor's power and the force exerted by the user's legs.

The device can be activated and deactivated, retaining its settings even after the bike is turned off. It can be installed on electric bikes with any type of display or assist button, as well as those without a display.

The Furious EVO does not communicate with the display. When the device is active, the display shows speeds as follows:

  • 0–16 true km/h: Shows the actual speed.
  • 16–75 true km/h: Shows the manipulated speed. 

Trip data also changes when the device is active. When the device is deactivated, the bike operates in its original condition.

FURIOUS EVO EASY VERSION

  • The Furious EVO Easy version is connected as a bridge between the speed sensor and the motor.
  • Delivered ready for use in "ACTIVE" mode.

Can be activated and deactivated as needed, and the setting is retained even after the bike is turned off.

Activation and Deactivation Method:

  1. Turn off the electric bike
  2. Set the chain to the longest gear (smallest rear sprocket).
  3. Position the left pedal at the 11:00 position. Do not rotate the rear wheel at this stage.
  4. Turn on the electric bike and wait for the system check to complete. Do not rotate the rear wheel yet.
  5. Lift the rear wheel off the ground and make one strong pedal push (with your foot). Allow the bike to spin at a speed of over 30 km/h for a few seconds.

The system recognizes the acceleration and interprets it as a command to activate or deactivate the speed release (cyclically).

  • During activation, the display (if available) changes from showing the actual speed to the manipulated speed as described above.
  • During deactivation, the display shows the speed changing from manipulated to actual, and the bike returns to its original state.
