After installation, your e-bike's display will show precise information such as maximum speed, average speed, daily mileage, and remaining range.

We do not recommend updating your bike's software, as doing so may affect the box's functionality.
How does SpeedBox 3.2 Bafang work?
An intelligent third-generation product that allows setting the speed limit on an electric bike. SpeedBox 3.2 lets you choose your desired speed limit. After installation, your electric bike's display shows accurate information such as maximum speed, average speed, daily distance, and remaining range.
Activation
SpeedBox can be activated directly from your bike's display. After pressing the LIGHT button or + - + -, the display will show 99 km/h (62 mph), allowing you to ride without a speed limit.
You can disable the tuning kit by pressing the LIGHT button or + - + - again. The display will show 25 km/h (16 mph), and the speed limit will be reset to 25 km/h. Your electric bike will then operate as it did before the tuning was installed.
Speed programming.
You can set the maximum speed of the electric assistance by switching the mode down three levels and then up three levels. The actual speed limit will then be displayed. The maximum speed of assistance can be changed by briefly pressing the LIGHT button or turning the rear wheel 360°. The last limit displayed will be saved after 5 seconds of inactivity.
Installation.
When you connect the SpeedBox to an electric bike, you'll find color-coded connectors that make installation very easy. We have prepared detailed instructions and videos to aid in installation. Dismantling the SpeedBox is just as easy. If you encounter any issues during installation or dismantling, don’t hesitate to contact us. If you plan to install the SpeedBox on a new bike, make sure to ride it for at least 1 km before installing the box.
