The SpeedBox App is specifically designed for SpeedBox B.Tuning, utilizing Bluetooth technology to connect your e-bike to your mobile phone. Once downloaded and connected, you can see current info and ride parameters on your phone. Individual rides can be stored for comparison with friends and to track your performance together. So just enjoy the ride and check the parameters later!

Download the SpeedBox App to your phone just before ordering the SpeedBox B.Tuning chip. You can try our demo version to explore all the great features and ensure the app fully functions on your phone. Your phone must have Bluetooth 4.0 or higher to connect to SpeedBox B.Tuning.

We do not recommend updating the software on your bike as updating may affect the functionality of the box.
How does Speedbox 3.0 B.Tuning for Brose work?
You can activate the SpeedBox directly from the mobile app or the controller on your bike. By pressing the WALK button, the display shows a value of 9.9 km/h, and from then on you can ride at speeds of 40 km/h, 50 km/h, and even over 60 km/h.
You can deactivate the SpeedBox by pressing the WALK button again. The display will show a value of 2.5 km/h, and the speed limit will be restored to 25 km/h. Your e-bike will then operate as it did before the tuning was installed.
SpeedBox is also designed for e-bikes without a classic controller with the WALK assist function. In this case, you can just use the combination of the + - + - buttons, and the SpeedBox will activate. You can easily deactivate the SpeedBox the same way.
With Speedbox 3.0 B.Tuning for Brose, you can set your preferred speed limit.
You can set the maximum speed for electric assistance by switching through modes three levels down and then three levels up: TURBO - TRAIL - ECO - OFF - ECO - TRAIL - TURBO. After this, the actual speed limit will be displayed. The maximum speed of the electric assist can be changed by briefly pressing the WALK button or turning the rear wheel 360°. A display value of 1.5 km/h corresponds to a limit of 15 km/h, 2 km/h corresponds to 20 km/h, 2.5 corresponds to 25 km/h, 3.0 corresponds to 30 km/h, 9.9 corresponds to 99 km/h, etc. The last displayed limit is saved after 5 seconds of inactivity.
Installation:
When you connect the SpeedBox 3.0 for Brose to the e-bike, you will find color-coded connectors, making installation very easy. We have prepared detailed instructions and videos to facilitate installation. Removing the tuning chip is just as easy. If you have any problems with installation or removal, do not hesitate to contact us. If you plan to install the SpeedBox on a new bike, make sure you ride it for at least 1 km before installation.
