For the initial setup, we recommend using at least 30 ml of Conti RevoSealant per tire. Then rotate the tire (wheel) to spread the Conti RevoSealant evenly inside. After this, pump air to the allowed maximum pressure. Check the pressure before the next ride and adjust to your desired PSI value.

Vectran

Vectran is a puncture protection developed and patented by Continental, which:

• Is lighter and more flexible, providing better protection than comparable nylon puncture protection.
• Does not weaken the tire's rolling resistance.
• Is synthetically manufactured, based on a natural model, and is a high-tech fiber.
• Is a liquid crystal polymer (LCP), like a spider's web.
• Spun from melted Vectra liquid polymer and further processed into a multi-strand thread. Like a spider's web, Vectran™ has excellent tear resistance while being lightweight. These qualities make it an excellent material for use in high-end puncture protection in Continental tires.
