For initial installation, we recommend using at least 30 ml of Conti RevoSealant per tire. Then spin the tire (wheel) to distribute the Conti RevoSealant evenly inside the tire. After this, pump air to the allowed maximum pressure. Check the pressure before the next ride and adjust to your desired PSI value.

Vectran

Vectran is a puncture protection developed and patented by Continental, which:

• Is a liquid crystal polymer (LCP) like spider silk.
• Is spun from molten Vectra liquid polymer and further processed into multi-strand yarn. Like spider silk, Vectran™ is highly tear-resistant yet lightweight. These properties make it an excellent material for high-end puncture protection in Continental tires.
