For initial setup, we recommend using at least 30 ml of Conti RevoSealant per tire. Then spin the tire (wheel) to ensure the Conti RevoSealant spreads evenly inside the tire. After this, inflate to the allowed maximum pressure. Check the pressure before your next ride and adjust to your desired PSI level.

Vectran

Vectran is a puncture protection developed and patented by Continental which:

• Is lighter and more flexible while providing better protection than equivalent nylon puncture protection.

• Is a high-tech synthetic fiber based on a natural model.
• Is a liquid crystal polymer (LCP), similar to a spider's web.
• Is spun from molten Vectra liquid polymer and further processed into a multi-strand yarn. Like a spider's web, Vectran™ resists tearing exceptionally well, while being lightweight. These properties make it an excellent material for high-end puncture protection in Continental tires.
