Material:
- The stickers consist of a reflective film used in traffic safety, intended for warning labels, traffic signs, and outdoor signage. The reflective film meets EN12899-1 requirements and is renowned for its durability as well as its complete resistance to weather, corrosion, and solvents. It withstands temperatures from -50° to +80° Celsius.
- Retroreflectivity is created by small glass beads embedded in a transparent plastic layer, reflecting light back to its source. The surface layer is made of alkyd resin, and the adhesive is solvent-based polyacrylate. Full reflective properties are guaranteed for at least 7 years. The printed colors are UV-resistant and scratch-proof, meaning they won't fade in sunlight or lose their color due to the weather or daily use.
- The sticker thickness is approximately 0.1 mm.
Usage
The stickers are suitable for use on smooth and hard surfaces. They are not suitable for textiles. With a transparent application film, the stickers can be removed from their backing material and attached either as a whole or in separate pieces.
The surface must be dry and free from grease and dirt. The bonding temperature should be at least 10°C. The ideal temperature for applying the stickers is room temperature. After 1-2 days, the adhesive will be fully bonded to the surface.
