Payment Methods

• The payment intermediary service is provided and offered by Paytrail Oyj (2122839-7) in cooperation with Finnish banks and credit institutions. Paytrail Oyj will appear as the payee on your bank statement or card invoice and will forward the payment to the merchant. Paytrail Oyj holds a financial institution license. In case of complaints, we ask you to contact the product supplier primarily.

• You can use the payment buttons of all Finnish banks. You can pay with the payment buttons of Aktia, Danske Bank, Handelsbanken, Nordea, Oma Savings Bank, OP Bank, POP Bank, Savings Bank, S-Bank, and Ålandsbanken.
• Paytrail Oyj will appear as the payee on your bank statement, and we will forward your payment to the online merchant.
• From the online store, you will be directed to your own bank to complete the payment securely.

• You can pay in the online store with Visa, Visa Debit, Visa Electron, MasterCard, Debit MasterCard, and American Express cards.
• The online store uses international Verified by Visa, MasterCard SecureCode, and American Express SafeKey authentication services.
• Paytrail Oyj will appear as the payee on the card invoice and forwards the payment made by the customer’s payment card directly to the merchant. Card payments are made securely on a protected payment form, and card details are not stored in the online store's system.

Mobile payment methods MobilePay and Siirto are app-based services that allow you to pay for online purchases by transferring money from your account or card by approving the payment within the respective app.
